We're not great at writing about ourselves, but here we go. We began over three years ago with the ambition of opening up a retail bakery. Several bumps in the road with regards to anything resembling a storefront had us baking wholesale orders for restaurants and cafes around the city. We still wake up way before the sun comes up to bake and delivery to some of the city's nicest espresso bars, cafes, and restaurants.
We have no philosophy of baking, no mission statement, but a desire to bake the best possible. Everything is made from scratch and made by hand.
